A guy named Dave got his brand new Ipod touch, when he received it there was no OS X all but a diagnostic tool. The funny thing is it still works and might have Bluetooth installed on the Ipod. It shows all the things you need to know, The Serial Number, Touch Settings, Bluetooth Settings, Temperature, Speaker, Buttons, Accelerometer, Wifi, Light settings.
